Phil Powell, CFSPOwner/SalesPhil founded Allied in 1980 and has been going full speed ever since. With his 33 years experience in the food service industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge as the leader of the Allied Team. Phil was initially involved with commercial kitchen ventilation in 1973 with Jenn-Air in Indianapolis where he was first exposed to the food service dealers whom he still calls on today. A former all American quarterback, Phil has won numerous sales awards throughout his career including the first John Auld Memorial Award in 1993. He is also involved with several manufacturers representative councils and has sat on an average of 4 rep councils each year.
Nancy Powell
Corporate Secretary/Office Manager
Nancy is involved with all aspects of the business full time since day one and has experience in all areas of the business. Her main responsibilities revolve around handling the corporate paperwork, taking care of the corporate daily business and managing the office. However, with her vast background and understanding of all aspects of the everyday company challenges and her ability to “pitch-in” wherever she is needed makes her invaluable to the success of the company.
John Summitt, CFSP
Outside Sales
John has 39 years experience in the food service industry including the manufacturing, dealer and consultant level. He was previously a dealer at G.V. Aikman for 12 years, a dealer at Hale & Associates for 4 years and a consultant at Vorndran Associates for 2 years. His knowledge and understanding of all aspects of food service design and layout makes him a valuable asset to all the dealers with which he works.
John Durbin, CFSP
Outside Sales
John has 24 years experience in the food service industry. He was previously a dealer with Willoughby Industries for 13 years and a manufacturers representative with Wiest & Associates for 5 years. John’s background in manufacturing, sales and project management solidifies his relationships with specifying consultants, dealers and end users. John’s customers appreciate his professional approach to any project small or large.
Doug Harvey
Inside Sales
Doug has 28 years experience in the food service industry…specifically with ice machines and water filtration systems. The former owner of Commercial Refrigeration Supply, Doug heads up the distribution sector of Allied. His responsibilities include ice machines, water filtration and the affiliated parts. His background in equipment sales is concentrated through both food equipment and service dealers.

Wilson has been with ATFE for 6 years He comes to us with 10 years experience in the food service industry. He has a professional approach to his work and is a valuable team member. Wilson has the West Virginia territory and Southern Ohio.
Dave Weller
Senior Designer
Dave comes to Allied with over 19 years experience in the food service industry. His knowledge stems from a unique understanding of the industry, having worked for equipment dealerships and for consultants as an installer, draftsman and designer. Dave has received a well-rounded education through these experiences, which he can use to assist you in all area of today's food service facilities

Jill has been with ATFE for 19 years. Although having many responsibilities Jill’s focus lies with customer service, job quotations and assisting with the ice machine and parts portion of the business. Her professional approach coupled with her knowledge of the equipment makes her a valuable asset to the team.

Angie has been with ATFE for 8 years and is involved with customer service, coordinating installations, quotations and expediting. Her strong personality and professional approach to her job makes her very important in forming our top-notch customer service team.
Brenda Jarrett
Receptionist/Secretary
Brenda has been with the ATFE team since August 2006. She offers a pleasant voice and a smile to everyone who calls or walks into our facility. Her responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls, directing visitors, start-up assistance, show coordination, literature requests, filing and providing clerical support to the office team.
Bob Gibson
Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving
Receiving hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Bob handles fan assembly, all warehouse duties, deliveries and many other duties. He has been with Allied since 2007.
